Q1 was an important quarter for the company. We signed our first B2B employer contract, continued strengthening our growth infrastructure, improved the patient experience, and made meaningful progress toward building a more scalable operating foundation.

Revero is a virtual medical clinic focused on reversing chronic disease through a root-cause care model. We combine personalized nutrition therapy, biomarker tracking, continuous medical care, and coaching to help patients achieve lasting health improvements.
🏆 Highlights
- Signed our first B2B employer partnership with GIL Foundation. This marks an important milestone for Revero’s employer channel and validates growing demand from organizations looking for better ways to help their teams address chronic disease.
- Built the infrastructure to support employer-sponsored growth. We can now support employer-based access, giving us a stronger foundation to scale future B2B partnerships.
- Strengthened our marketing and acquisition engine. We onboarded a top digital health growth agency, launched paid video campaigns through Dr. Shawn Baker’s channels, built the first phase of our marketing analytics dashboard, and continued preparing new creative, testimonials, and acquisition campaigns.
- Improved conversion and retention systems. Work is underway across the website redesign, sign-up flow testing, nurture sequences, retention emails, churn triggers, and technical SEO to improve acquisition efficiency and patient lifetime value.
- Improved the patient experience and platform reliability. We resolved key onboarding, billing, payment, and in-app issues while improving internal lifecycle tracking across signup, activation, payment, and cancellation.
- Expanded product and clinical capabilities. We added hypoglycemia support, critical health alert popups, reopened access in Alaska and Massachusetts, and continued improving provider coverage and licensing.
- Strengthened operational scalability. We improved B2B onboarding, invoicing, reporting workflows, patient issue resolution, provider transitions, regulatory readiness, and care team processes.

- Expanding the B2B channel, with another employer opportunity currently underway.
- Launching the new website and testing improvements to the homepage, sign-up flow, and conversion funnel.
- Completing retention, churn, nurture, and re-engagement email systems.
- Launching new ads and optimizing paid acquisition after the website launch, including a Google Ads audit and CPA optimization.
- Continuing technical SEO and on-page improvements.
- Improving payment and onboarding flows to make activation more seamless.
